Designed as the flagship culinary location for San Diego Airport Terminal 1, Novecientos Grados incorporates a playful, artistic design approach. Drawing inspiration from the city’s skateboard culture and the historic Old Town quarter Mexican heritage, the venue will feature a rich palette of vibrant colors, complemented by a concrete and raw steel look.

The bar’s canopy features floating skateboard ramp-like panels infused with colorful street graffiti. In contrast, the bar wall incorporates backlit artwork on glass panels, reminiscent of old Mexican embroidery patterns.

Designed to provide a comfortable and open atmosphere, the restaurant will feature dedicated dining areas and an outdoor patio. This patio, overlooking the airport tarmac, will seamlessly extend the indoor space, creating a sense of continuity and outdoor experience.
