AkarStudios envisioned a minimalistic, urban, and refined look for the Eggslut locations in Southern California. The aim was to create a space that draws inspiration from Los Angeles’ urban style and incorporates a palette of common building materials and textures, such as concrete, steel, and wood. Taking further cues from the fifties neon signs once prevalent in Hollywood, a neon sign depicting the branding has become the signature element of all Eggslut locations.

An open kitchen with bartop seating is the focal point of each location, allowing diners to visually participate in the cooking process.
