Set on the departures level of the Southwest terminal in a space visible from three sides, the interior design of the restaurant aims to create a bold statement and a visually engaging identity for the CPK brand. The built space is primarily defined by overhead rows of wood-faced panels encircling the structure. This feature provides a strong architectural definition to the restaurant, without masking the overhead skylights. The palette of wood and raw steel adds a natural feel to the venue and is designed to work with the surrounding architecture of the concourse.
